Candidate Sourcing and Screening Services for US Hiring Teams

A full inbox is not a pipeline, and a resume is not a candidate.

Most hiring teams aren’t short of applicants. They’re short of the hours it takes to find out which ones are real. Our candidate sourcing and screening services handle both halves, search and qualification, so what reaches your desk is a shortlist of people already confirmed on skills, compensation, authorization and availability. You interview. We do everything before it.

Database Management & Requisition Planning

Your ATS already holds candidates rejected for timing rather than fit. We clean the records, re-qualify them against live requisitions, and plan req coverage weekly so roles are sequenced by difficulty instead of worked in the order they arrived.

Candidate Sourcing

Boolean and x-ray search across LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, associations and your own database, plus direct outreach to passive candidates. Search runs at a constant rate regardless of how buried your recruiters are in interviews that week.

VMS Coordination

We work inside your vendor management system, intake job orders, submit inside the response window, and maintain the documentation your scorecard is graded on. In VMS-driven work, a late submittal counts the same as no submittal.

CV / Resume Formatting

Every resume reformatted to your template before submission, with a qualification summary attached. Not cosmetic: consistent formatting is what lets a hiring manager compare four candidates in ten minutes instead of reading four differently structured documents.

// how do we operate?

Embedded
We work inside your ATS and VMS under your credentials. Records, notes and audit trail stay in your environment, no parallel database, no export handover when an engagement ends.
Rigorous
Every candidate is spoken to before submittal. Nothing reaches you on the strength of a resume alone, because a resume tells you what someone wrote, not whether they'll take the role.
Accountable
Weekly submittal-to-interview ratios by role, reported whether or not they're flattering. A screening partner who only shows you good weeks is one you can't forecast against.

work

One sequence from requisition intake to formatted submittal, so you always know which stage a role is sitting at.

Screening Is Where Hiring Speed Is Won or Lost

Sourcing gets attention because it’s visible. Screening decides outcomes. The gap between a longlist and a shortlist is where most hiring time disappears, and it’s the work nobody schedules.

    FAQs

What's the difference between sourcing and screening?
Sourcing finds candidates. Screening confirms they're real, skills, compensation, authorization, availability and motivation. Buying sourcing alone moves the review burden onto your recruiters rather than removing it. Teams that only need search capacity and already have screening covered should look at candidate sourcing services instead.
How is candidate sourcing and screening priced?
Three models: a fixed monthly fee for a dedicated team, commission per placement, or a hybrid base plus smaller per-hire fee. Steady requisition volume favors the dedicated model. Two or three roles a year favors placement fees. All three sit under our recruitment process outsourcing services.
Can AI screening replace human screeners?
For the first cut, partly, parsing tools handle keyword and must-have filtering faster than any person. What they miss is context: career stability, unusual job titles, why someone is moving, and whether the compensation expectation is real. Those surface in a conversation. If your screening problem is volume, buy the tool; if it's judgment, don't.
Do you screen for IT and engineering roles specifically?
Yes, and they're screened differently. IT staffing services work turns on stack depth and rate expectation for W2 versus C2C candidates. Engineering screening turns on certifications that disqualify late if missed early. Sector-specific screeners handle both. Where the target company list needs building first, that runs through B2B data research.
What happens after the shortlist, do you handle onboarding?
Not in this scope. Sourcing and screening ends at a formatted submittal. Interview coordination, offer management, compliance and payroll sit in full cycle recruitment services, timesheets and ATS hygiene alone are handled by recruitment back office support.
