Outbound Sales Agency Running the Whole Motion, Not One Channel

Four vendors owning four pieces of one campaign is how outbound quietly fails.

A list provider blames the copy. The copywriter blames the list. The sequencing tool reports opens nobody can verify, and four months later there’s no pipeline and no diagnosis. We run full-funnel outbound as one system, ICP, data, sending infrastructure, sequencing, reply handling and booking under a single team. Outsourced SDR capacity with one place to point when something underperforms.

Seven components, delivered as one program rather than bought separately. Each is available on its own elsewhere on this site, but outbound lead generation services fail most often at the seams between them.

ICP & Offer Definition Data & Account Research Sending Infrastructure Multi-Channel Sequencing Copy Testing & Iteration Reply Handling & Booking Reporting & Attribution

ICP & Offer Definition

Who to target and what makes them respond, agreed before anything is built. Most programs are lost here. A technically flawless sequence aimed at the wrong buying committee produces replies that never become opportunities, and nobody discovers that for a quarter.

Data & Account Research

Target accounts researched and contacts verified against your criteria rather than exported from a shared database. Committee depth where the sale needs it, since one contact per company leaves the account dead the moment that person ignores you.

Sending Infrastructure

Secondary domains registered, authenticated and warmed over two to three weeks before launch. Your primary domain never carries outbound. LinkedIn profiles positioned and sending kept inside platform limits so accounts aren't restricted mid-campaign.

Multi-Channel Sequencing

Email, LinkedIn and phone coordinated against one account list so a prospect experiences a single approach. Channel order matters: email establishes context, LinkedIn follows, phone closes. Reversed, each touch reads as noise from an unconnected stranger.

Copy Testing & Iteration

Messaging written per segment and tested on a controlled sample before scaling. Segments that don't respond are rewritten or cut in week four, not nursed to month four on the assumption that volume fixes fit.

Reply Handling & Booking

Replies triaged daily, prospects qualified against agreed criteria, meetings booked into your reps' calendars with context attached. Confirmation sequences run before each meeting, because show rate is decided between booking and meeting date.

Reporting & Attribution

Weekly numbers on replies, positive replies, meetings booked, meetings held and opportunities created, segmented by channel and audience. No open rates. Attribution mapped back to segment so you can cut what isn't working.

// How We Own the Whole Motion?

Single
One team owns data, infrastructure, copy and booking. When a number moves the wrong way there's one place to ask why, and no vendor to point at.
Sequenced
Channels are ordered deliberately rather than run in parallel. A prospect gets one coordinated approach, not three unconnected pitches from people who appear not to speak.
Owned
Domains, lists, sequences and CRM records are registered to you. Outsourced sales development shouldn't mean the working system leaves when the engagement does.

work

One build from ICP definition to booked meetings, with the first six weeks planned before anything sends.

process

1

ICP definition

Target, offer and disqualifiers agreed before anything is built.

2

Data build

Accounts researched, contacts mapped, every record verified.

3

Infrastructure warming

Domains authenticated and warmed, LinkedIn profiles positioned.

4

Staged launch

Copy tested on a sample, then scaled as deliverability holds.

5

Weekly iteration

Segments reviewed, budget moved toward what replies.

Why Buying Outbound in Pieces Costs More Than Buying It Whole

Each component looks cheaper bought separately. The saving disappears at the handoffs, where nobody owns the number and every underperforming week becomes a discussion about whose fault it is.

What Our Clients Say

Before you buy outbound,

let us audit what broke.

If outbound has already failed once, the diagnosis is usually cheaper than starting again.

    FAQs

How much does an outbound sales agency cost?
Full-program retainers run roughly $3,000–$12,000 monthly depending on channel count, segment count and target seniority, with enterprise programs higher. Offshore delivery puts us below that band. Where only the data layer is needed, B2B list building services are quoted separately and cost far less.
Can we buy just one channel instead of the full program?
Yes, and sometimes you should. If your team already runs email well and only LinkedIn is missing, buy the gap. Linkedin lead generation services are scoped standalone. The full program makes sense when nothing is running yet or when the channels aren't talking to each other.
Which channel do you start with?
Email, because it establishes context cheaply and at volume. LinkedIn follows on prospects who have already seen a message, and phone closes. Run the reverse order and each touch reads as noise. The email layer is covered in depth by our cold email outreach agency page.
Do you book the meetings or hand over replies?
We qualify replies against agreed criteria and book into your reps' calendars with context attached. Where you want live phone qualification and a no-show replacement policy on top, that sits with outbound sales campaigns, which can run inside the same program.
How long does an outbound sales program take to produce pipeline?
Six to ten weeks to the first opportunities, not the first meetings. Domain warming takes two to three weeks before any send, first meetings land around weeks four to six, and a reliable read on segment performance needs about eight weeks of data. Anyone promising pipeline in month one is guessing.
Is outsourcing outbound cheaper than hiring SDRs in-house?
Usually, once ramp is counted. An in-house SDR costs roughly $470–$1,040 per meeting with three to four months before productivity, versus roughly $100–$470 per meeting outsourced with no ramp. The economics favor outsourcing most clearly when average deal size exceeds $20,000 and volume is steady.
What is a realistic reply rate for B2B outbound?
Five to ten percent total replies and one to three percent positive replies for well-targeted outbound. Below two percent total usually indicates list quality or offer fit rather than copy. Open rate is not a usable benchmark. Apple's Mail Privacy Protection inflates it unpredictably.
How many channels should an outbound program use?
Two well-run channels beat four poorly run ones. Most B2B programs should start with email and LinkedIn, adding phone where the sector responds to it. Each additional channel multiplies infrastructure and copy work, so add one only when the existing channels are performing to benchmark.
